Programme Overview

Our team-building workshops and seminars address a range of topics: team dynamics, communication, skills specific to virtual teams, and more.

These programmes are highly interactive and activity based. Some are designed specifically to challenge people to step out of their comfort zone. However, all are facilitated in a down-to-earth manner, and we strive to avoid putting anyone on the spot.

We are respectful of people’s time and will ensure that all activities, especially those that look simply fun at first glance, tie back to a concept important to workplace communication and effective team interactions.

Our coaches are professionals skilled in managing group interactions. When you work with us, we will partner you with a facilitator early in the process to ensure there is a good cultural fit. That person will collaborate with you to tailor our content, adapt to your team’s personality, and meet your group’s specific needs.

Team Building

Get your team on the same page with Total Team Building: Tactics for Working Better Together. This workshop covers the fundamentals of the team-building process, communication styles, listening skills, reasons teams become dysfunctional and solutions for addressing problems, and the value of working collaboratively and leveraging each team member’s strengths. The number of exercises and the depth to which we explore each topic is dependant on the course length selected. We can easily modify this program to accommodate a wide range of goals and objectives.

Team Focus

This hands-on course provides practical tools for people who want to build or rebuild their teams. The programme assesses a team’s current state and helps groups perform a gap analysis to identify quick wins. The workshop also focuses on clarifying the group’s purpose and articulating the team’s mission, vision, and values in such a way that they serve as guiding principles and not just a bunch of meaningless “mumbo jumbo” about which nobody cares. In addition to establishing a direction, during this programme participants will learn about team-member types and begin to build a team charter document.

Strategic Team Planning

Strategic planning can be fun! It is also a task most successful teams embrace. This course focuses on three core elements: strategic planning, innovative thinking, and people. The workshop’s purpose is to help groups identify where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there. The programme consists of hands-on, practical, and interactive exercises. These activities are designed to yield a result and invigorate the group.
